| 摘 要： | 论述了我国北方地区造成严重影响的沙尘天气 ,特别是沙尘暴及其危害及研建完成的“沙尘暴的卫星遥感监测与灾情评估系统”及其监测评估实例。系统的研建促进了空间技术在防灾减灾工作中的应用服务。

| Abstract: | The paper touches upon the dusty weather which has caused serious influence on the northern part of China, especially the sandstorm disaster and its harm. A briefly introduction of the development of "The Satellite Remote Sensing Monitoring & Disaster Effect Estimation System of Sandstorm" and real application of the system is given out. The set up of the system has been promoting the spatial technology application service in the efforts of preventing disaster and reducing disaster losses. |
