| Abstract: | Based on constructing the maximum average wind speed and maximum instantaneous wind speed quantitative forecast function,apply this function to forecast the historical sample,Statistical generalize the forecast index of strong wind in Beibuwan in winter and spring,finally found the automatic and objective forecast operational system. |
