高铁影响下城市群空间关联形态与经济增长效应研究

摘    要:以长三角、珠三角、辽中南城市群为例,选取2009—2018年各城市群地级及以上城市相关数据,借助社会网络分析和空间计量方法,实证研究高铁建设对各城市群的空间关联结构和经济增长的影响。结果显示,在空间关联形态方面,通过高铁建设,各城市群内所辖城市的节点中心度均有所提升、城市之间的关联更为紧密,但各城市在城市群中的排名位序变化趋势各异,形成了具有差异性的城市群空间关联位序结构。在经济增长效应方面,高铁建设促进了珠三角、辽中南和长三角城市群经济的协调发展,其空间溢出效应均显著为正且依次减弱,各城市群原有的经济发展水平和空间关联程度越高,越能够获得更大的高铁建设正效能。

Abstract:Taking the urban agglomerations of the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and the middle-south of Liaoning Province as examples, using the relevant data of cities at the prefecture level and above in each urban agglomerations from 2009 to 2018, and with the aid of social network analysis and spatial measurement methods, this paper empirically studies the influence of high-speed railway construction on the spatial correlation pattern and economic growth effect of urban agglomeration. The results show that in terms of spatial association form, through the construction of high-speed railway, the node center of cities under the jurisdiction of each urban group has been improved and the relationship between cities is more closely. However, the ranking sequence of cities in urban groups varies, forming a spatial association sequence structure with different characteristics In the aspect of economic growth effect, high-speed railway construction promotes the coordinated economic development of urban agglomeration, and the higher the economic development level and spatial correlation degree of urban agglomeration, the higher the positive economic growth power of high-speed railway construction; The spatial spillover effects of high speed rail on economic growth in the Pearl River Delta, central and southern Liaoning and Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone were significantly positive and decreased in turn.
