摘    要:湿地是地球上独特的自然综合体和水陆复合生态系统,而城市则为人类文明进步的重要标志和成果。湿地为城市提供了发展空间和核心资源,是城市立地的最优条件。城市自出现以来,沿河流湿地建市便是普遍规律;在近代,城市沿河流推进到滨海湿地区。湿地类型与格局影响城市的发展方向,制约城市景观结构。在河流与滨海或河流、湖泊与滨海等异质湿地结合部,城市因获得最优发展空间而具有高级的发展形态,成为开放性更高的现代国际都市。湿地是城市生态环境的重要组成部分,蕴涵强大的综合功能,为城市实现可持续发展提供重要的水资源和生态环境保障。

Abstract:Wetlands are the unique natural syntheses or land-water compound ecosystems in the world, and that cities are the important symbols and fruits of human civilization and progress. To city, wetlands provided developing space and important central sources, so wetland has become the superior condition for urban formation. From the appearance of cities to the prophase of Industry Revolution, human activities were mostly limited to inland. Rivers provided substance, energy and information ways, and water traffic was very important. So it has been the universal law that the construction of cities was along with rivers. At present period, science and technology developed unprecedentedly. For Looking for great space open, cities have been developed to coastal wetland regions down with rivers. Types and patterns of wetlands affected urban tropism. At the combinative regions of heterogeneity wetlands that were composed of river and ocean wetlands, or of river, lake and ocean wetlands, cities reached to the advanced state and the optimization of developing space, so it finally became modern international metropolis. As the important parts of urban eco-environment, wetlands contained powerfully comprehensive functions, and therefore would provide important water sources and eco-environmental insurance for the realization of urban sustainable development.
