摘    要:松辽平原中西部地区的生态环境正日趋恶化,就地学原因而论,新构造活动引起的长岭弧形隆起带即松辽分水岭的形成是最主要的地学因素,它的形成破坏了原属于一个由北向南流的统一完整的松辽水系格局,一分为二为松花江水系和辽河水系,使松辽平原中西部地区水资源逐渐减少,开始进入日趋消亡的进程,从而形成了该区生态环境日趋恶化的前提条件.气候变化和不合理的人类活动大大加快了松辽平原生态环境恶化的速度.

Abstract:The eco-environment gets worse and worse in middle-west region of Songliao Plain, the formation of Changling arc-uplift,i.e. Songliao divide in geomorphology caused by neo-tectonic activity,is the most important geological mechanism which broke the unity of Songliao paleo-water system which run from north to south, and divided the one Songliao water system to two parts: Songhuajiang water system and Liaohe water system.As a result,the water resource became less and less and the eco-environment worse and worse in middle-west region of Songliao Plain. The climate evolution towards and intensive human activities speeds up the deterioration of eco-environment as the external causes.
