摘    要:基于"3S"的矿区生态扰动监测系统,采用ArcGIS Engine,IDL,SQL Sever以及网络技术,实现了矿区资源、生产和经营的科学管理以及矿区生态环境的综合分析评价,为国土资源部门和地矿行政管理部门决策提供支持。本文介绍了系统的设计与实现、系统包含的工作模块、各个模块的功能结构以及采用的技术特点。

Abstract:The ecologic disturbance monitoring system based on the "3S",using ArcGIS Engine,IDL,SQL Sever and network technology,realizing the mining resources,production and management of scientific management and the comprehensive analysis of the eco-environment of mining area,provides decision-making support for the department of land and resources and the administrative department of Geology and Mineral.This paper introduced the design and realization of the system,the modules of this system,the function and configuration of every modules and the characters of the technology which we adopted.
