摘    要:上海海事局海测大队在1998年已在沿黄浦江和长江口附近布设了GPS控制网,并计算了该地区的(似)大地水准面差距,最近已完成的GPS扩展网覆盖了整个长江口和杭州湾。这些GPS控制网为进行免验潮水深测量奠定了很好的基础。探讨了综合应用这些GPS控制成果进行免验潮水深测量需要考虑的GPS高程与吴淞零点高程的转换、GPS差分基准点的加密,以及采用GPS实时相位差分(RTK)技术实现免验潮水深测量,以提高海事应急测绘的反应能力。

Abstract:Shanghai MSA Hydrographic Department has set up GPS control network in the area of Huangpu River and Yangtze River mouth, and made calculation for the gap of geoid in this area in 1998. Now the GPS control network has all over the Yangtze river mouth and Hangzhou Bay. This GPS control network has a foundation for non tiding sounding. The thesis deseribes how to make use of the result of GPS when non tiding sounding need to be considered: change heights about GPS and Wusong 0 point, to add density of DGPS control point, and use GPS RTK technique for non tiding sounding. So the ability of maritime surveys has been enhanced to meet the urgent need.
