煤层底板孔多分支点取样钻进技术及应用研究

摘    要:针对碎软煤层长距离瓦斯参数测定、瓦斯抽采钻孔工程设计指导和抽采效果评价的技术需求,在分析现有碎软煤层取样钻进技术存在问题的基础上,提出了煤层底板孔多分支点取样钻进方法,制定了取样钻进工艺流程,开发了随钻轨迹精准调控、“机械+水力”高效排渣等关键钻进技术,选型配套了定点取样钻孔钻进装备和密闭取样装备。在安徽省宿州市某矿开展了现场试验,施工了1个主孔深度301 m的取样定向钻孔,在取样分支孔中实施了2次定点密闭取样,取样深度分别为178、238 m,顺利在碎软煤层中采取了煤样,获取煤样的瓦斯含量分别为9.05 m3/t和10.08 m3/t,与常规方法相比测得瓦斯含量分别提高了12.4%和25.2%,确保了煤层瓦斯参数测试的准确性,可为碎软煤层瓦斯参数测定提供一种新的技术途径。

Study and application on multi branch point sampling drilling technology of coal seam floor borehole
Abstract:According to the technical requirements of long-distance gas parameter measurement, gas extraction borehole design guidance, and extraction evaluation for broken soft coal seam, the multi branch point sampling drilling method of coal seam floor borehole was proposedand its sampling drilling process was formulated on the basis of analyzing existing problems of sampling and drilling technology. Furthermore, the key drilling technologies such as accurate drilling trajectory control and “mechanical + hydraulic” efficient slag removal were developed. The equipment of drilling and sealed sampling were introduced. The application test was carried out in a coal mine in Suzhou, Anhui Province, in which the sampling borehole with a depth of 301 m was constructed, and spot sealed sampling drilling were carried out for two times, with the depths of 178 m and 238 m, respectively. The coal samples were successfully taken. The gas content of the obtained coal samples were 9.05 m3/t and 10.08 m3/t respectively. Compared with the conventional method, the measured gas content was increased by 12.4% and 25.2%, respectively. The technology can ensure the accuracy of coal seam gas parameter testing, providing a new technical way for broken soft coal seam sampling.
