湿地水环境中表层沉积物吸附铅、镉能力的研究

摘    要:在选定的实验条件下,对向海自然保护区5个不同类型湿地水体的表层沉积物样品进行了铅、镉的热力学吸附实验.结果表明,沉积物样品吸附铅、镉的过程符合Langmuir和Freundlich(n=8,p= 0.01) 等温吸附曲线.在所讨论的范围内,沉积物样品吸附铅、镉的能力与样品中铁、锰氧化物及有机质含量存在着显著的相关性.表层沉积物吸附铅、镉的能力小于生物膜吸附铅、镉的能力,即在湿地水环境中,生物膜对重金属迁移转化的作用相对于表层沉积物而言更重要.

Study on Adsorption Capacities of Pb and Cd onto Surface Sediments Collected in the Aquatic Environments of Wetland

Abstract:Pb and Cd adsorption to the surface sediments, which was obtained from different waters in Xianghai natural preservation areas, was investigated. According to the results of the experiments, adsorption of Cd and Pb by surface sediments could be fitted by Langmuir and Freundlich(n=8,p=(0.01)) adsorption isotherms. The maximum adsorption of Pb to surface sediments increased with incre-(asing) of the content of Fe oxides in surface sediments with significant correlation, but decreased with increasing of the content of organic matter; and meanwhile, the greater Cd adsorption was found for surface sediments with higher organic matter and/or Fe and Mn contents at constant pH. Compared with the results of surface coatings, it could be found that the adsorption capabilities of Pb and Cd to surface sediments was less than that of Pb and Cd to surface coatings, implying that in the aquatic environment of wetland, surface coatings is more important for transferring and transforming of metals than surface sediments.
