| 摘 要： | 本文系统研究了次氯酸钠和高锰酸钾漂白剂对两种江篱和鸡毛藻制造琼胶质与量的影响。探索了漂白剂浓度,处理时间与琼胶质与量的关系,选出了较佳的漂白方法及条件。试验结果表明,采用选定的漂白方法,既保证了产品的质与量,又用最少量的辅料,达到降低成本,提高经济效益的目的。

| Abstract: | This paper is about pypochlorouysacid sodium and potassium permanganate bleaching ageuts which affect the quality and quantity of agar made from two kinds of gracilaria and zone kind of pterocladia. Under the warm concentrated soda condiction, the density of bleaching agent and the time of handling are the main factors which affect the quality and quantity of agar. In experimient, We hare found that the dencities of the two bleachipng agents and the time of handling have relation to the quality and quantity of agar. So row we have chosen a better bleaching method and condiction. The experiment shows that using the chosen bleaching method if is not only easy to masfer the technical operation, but also ensure the quality and quantity of the products and also use the least material. It lows the cost raises economic benefit. |
