| Abstract: | The paper,starting from a real case analysis,lists and analyses the key points of engineering contract with which the construction enterprises of geological department shall concern,such as regulation of qualified body,business scope,various procedure and relevant legal knowledge.The paper points out that the following points are very important for construction unit.Subject qualification shall be firstly determined in signing engineering contract.Secondly,it is necessary to ensure no exceeded engineering will be undertaken;Thirdly,the contract shall be carefully checked and executed;The 4th point is price difference of engineering estimation;The fifth,the payment in advance and guaranteed loan shall be carefully treated.Other important points like quality and maintenance of the works,full use of contract bindings to keep lawful rights and interests. |
