降血脂药物新伐他汀的合成新工艺

摘    要:新伐他汀是一种新型高效的降血脂药物。以洛伐他汀为原料,三甲基氯硅烷为羟基保护基。用活泼的强亲核试剂叔丁基锂代替当前的吡咯烷锂合成了目标产物新伐他汀,总收率达78%。用UV,IR,MS,NMR验证了其结构。该合成方法简单,成本低,收率较高,溶剂可回收利用,具有较理想的工业化前景。

Abstract:Simvastatin is a new antihyperlipidaemic agent. It can be synthesized with the material of lovastatin, hydroxy protecting agent of trimethylchlorosilane, and t-butyl lithium instead of pyrrole lithium. The total yield is about 78%.The structure is identified by UV,IR,MS,NMR spectrums.This method is very easy and the cost is very low, but the yield is high. Most of organic solvents can be recovered in order to be used next time. So this method will have perfect industrialization foreground.
