摘    要:无钻杆冲击挤密施工法是非开挖地下管线施工方法中的一种。垂直孔的潜孔锤与孔壁间有间隙 ,可作为排气通道。而水平穿孔器外表面与孔壁始终接触 ,压气由胶管进入 ,它的排气通道要设计在自身内部 ,排气和退回机构是它的两个特殊机构。性能参数确定采用计算机优化。经在四平等地使用 ,最大使用孔长达 70m ,最大钻进速度为 15m /h。

Abstract:The technique named stemless percussing and crushing borer is one of the underground pipe laying methods. Unlike the commen vertical DTH that there is a space between the hammer and the bore wall, which can be used as the air-outlet channel. The outside of the percussing and crushing borer contacts the bore wall in the drilling process and the air-outlet channel is designed in the body of it. The compressed air comes into the borer from the rubber tube and the air-outlet and back-driven structure are specially designed. The parameters of the borer are optimized by the computer analyzing. It is proved that the maximum drilling length of it is up to 70 m and the maximum drilling velocity of it is 15 m/h by the application in the Siping city.
