| 摘 要： | 目前东京城市经济增长的主要动力来自于第三产业，但东京发展成为世界顶尖的国际性大都市离不开工业化阶段积累起来的强大制造业基础。本文在对东京工业发展演化研究的基础上，提出了东京工业结构演化的一般模式，并对驱动工业结构演化的力量进行了分析，进而得出了工业发展过程中结构高级化的趋势和政策的作用。这对于处于工业化阶段的发展中国家大城市，仍具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Tertiary industry has become the main force in driving the growth of Tokyo's economy since 1980. However, Tokyo might not be the top metropolis in the world without a powerful manufacturing foundation it had built during the industrialization period. Based on the study on industrial development and evolution, this paper discusses the general mode of the evolution of industrial structure in Toyo. Further, it analyzes some forces that made the evolution of industry structure happened, including demand change, technology progress, industrial policies and so on. It argues that, for most of the industrializing cities in developing countries, those experiences in Tokyo's industrialization can be used for their reference. |
