低温分解钾长石的动力学研究

摘    要:山东省化工地质勘察院,山东济南,250000提要通过大量试验,主要从反应级数测定、温度对反应速率的影响、活化能的求算、钾长石粒度对反应的影响的进行讨论,最终得到适合本工艺分解钾长石的动力学方程式r=1Pπd2AB8kBTe/πμLeRETacAcC,对低温分解钾长石有理论指导作用。

Abstract:Through the dynamics research may understand the chemical reaction speed and the chemical reaction mechanism,thus controlling the response advancement. Through massive experiments,this article mainly through determination to the order of reaction,the temperature influence to the responded speed,the activation energy calculation,the potash feldspar granularity influence to the response,Finally obtaining the dynamics equation which suits this decomposition potash feldspar craft,has the theory instruction function to the potash feldspar decomposition in low temperature.
