| 摘 要： | 沟通涉及到工程总承包的方方面面,无论是设计、采购,还是施工,沟通管理贯穿在项目实施的全过程,项目实施和控制虽然涉及到管理各项的技术,我们不缺乏完成项目所具有一定技能的人,但最终的落实和成败体现在沟通的成效上,既有技能又具有沟通协调的人才是我们迫切需要的,也是国外工程总承包项目能否成功的关键所在。
