彬长矿区软底巷道变形特征及影响因素分析

摘    要:通过对蒋家河煤矿ZF1404工作面巷道变形特征的分析,初步总结出了彬长矿区巷道变形的影响因素:应力场的不均衡分布为控制因素;软岩底板、厚度不均、埋深较大和倾角较小为内在因素;矿山压力、顶板淋水和软岩遇水膨胀为直接因素;采动影响为间接因素。变形严重区位于赵坡向斜轴部及两侧。结合实际生产过程中采取的巷道维护措施,认为合理规划采掘布局和采掘接替、合理留设护底煤、不同区段采取不同的支护措施、及时抽排工作面涌水等治理措施能有效防止软底巷道变形,确保该工作面正常安全生产,具有一定的借鉴意义。

Soft floor deformation characteristics and analysis of influential factors in Binchang mining area
Abstract:Based on the analysis of roadway deformation characteristics of working face ZF1404 in Jiangjiahe coal mine, the paper summed up preliminarily the factors influencing roadway deformation in the mining area, the uneven distribution of stress field is the controlling factor, soft floor, uneven thickness, big depth and small dip are the internal factors, mine pressure, watering of roof and watered expansion of soft rock are the direct factors, mining influence is indirect factor. Serious deformation zone is located in the axis and two sides of Zhaopo syncline. Combined with the actual measures taken for roadway maintenance during production, treatment measures such as reasonable planning of mining layout and excavation replacement, leaving reasonable bottom coal, different support for different segments, timely pumping water in working face can effectively prevent the soft floor roadway from deformation, ensuring safe and normal production of working face, having certain referential significance.
