| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了地震灾害风险分析的原理，并在稳态Poisson分布模型上，对动态的地震灾害风险评估模型作了初步的探讨。同时，结合美国和法国的地震灾害风险管理体系，就完善我国的地震灾害风险管理提出了一些看法。

| Abstract: | The principle of seismic-risk analysis is introduced in this paper.Based on the Poisson's probabilistic model,a simple dynamic model of seismic-loss assessment is brought forward.In the same time,on the basis of the risk management systems in America and France,some preliminary advice on perfecting the risk management system in China are put forward. |
