| 摘 要： | 近年来,招远市砂资源开发管理出现无序混乱现象,对生态环境也造成了一定的破坏。招远市组织开展了＂砂资源开发利用专项治理整顿＂活动,坚持＂开发与治理并举,浪费与破坏并重;在保护中开发,在开发中保护＂原则,制定了一整套科学管理模式,彻底实现了矿业秩序的根本好转。

| Abstract: | In recent years,development and management of sand resources in Zhaoyuan city is in a disorder and confusion condition.It has destroyed ecological environment.Thus,＂special rectification of sand resource＂is carried out in Zhaoyuan city.Regarding＂development and management simultaneously,and paid attention on both waste and destruction;doing protection work during the development,doing development work during protection＂as the principle,a set of scientific management models have been made to realize the fundamental improvement of mining order. |
