| 摘 要： | 通过对我国东海主要海洋产业发展现状和发展进程的分析，揭示了目前我国东海海洋产业在发展过程中所面临的资源利用不合理、产业层次低及海洋污染等诸多问题。同时提出了东海海洋产业的发展方向是实现东海的海陆经济一体化。近期发展东海海洋产业的有效途径是建设东海海洋产业基地。

| Abstract: | After a thorough analysis on the development of marine industry in East China sea, the author points out that there are some problems are now affecting the industry, such as irrational resource use; low industrial level and polluted near coast water body etc. Then the author proposes that the best way to solve all these problems is to upgrade the marine industry; construct the marine industry base and eventually realize the land-sea economic integration in East China sea. |
