| 摘 要： | 系统的建设紧紧依托近年来地市气象部门业务现代化建设成果，立足于高标准、高起点、高质量和长期性。系统由4部分组成，即资料库、信息管理、信息检索与浏览、信息交换4大模块。既符合当前服务需要，又具备良好的系统可扩展性和升级能力。系统在应用上具有较为完善的功能、丰富的服务内容和便捷的操作特点。

| Abstract: | Tightly depending upon the achievement obtained by city meteorological department in operational modernization in recent years,the system is established in high standard,high origination,high quality and long-term characteristic.The system is composed of 4 big modules,namely the data base,the information management,the information inspecting & browsing and the information exchange.It accords with the demand of current service,also has the possibility to extend and the ability to upgrade.The system has more perfect function,provide rich service content and is convenient to operate in application. |
