摘    要:PHAI已在俄罗斯伊尔库茨克进行了一年半的观测,获得了1146组观测资料.根据这些观和资料编算出第一期光电等高仪星表。为了说明这期星表的情况,本文特将它与国内几本光电等高仪星表进行比较。

Abstract:The photoelectric astrolabe mark I (PHA I ) has been working at the astronomicalbase of VS NIIFTRI in Irkutsk for 20 months based on the agreement of international cooperation between CSAO(Shaanxi Astronomical Observstory, Chinese Academy of Sciences) and VS NIIPTRI (East-Siberean Research Institute for Physics Technical and RadioEngineering Measurements, Russia). The first catalogue. PHA I (IRK), has been compiled based on the observations taken in the first 18 months. Table 1 shows the comparison of the catalogue of PHA I (IRK) obtained in Irkutsk, Russia with the catalogue ofPHA I (PCH) obtained long before in Pucheng, China. One could see from Table 1 thatthe star number in PHA I (IRK) is greater than that in PHA I (PCH), and the precisionis better and the observing period is much shorter for PHA I (IRK) than those for PHA I(PCH). Table 2 shows the comparison of PHA I (IRK) with other 4 astrolabe cataloguesobtained in early 1990's using PHA, (in Beijing. Yunnan, and Shanghai Observatories)and PHA I (LT) in Lintong in China. One could also see from Table 2 that the precisionfor PHA I (LT) is the worst one among the 4 catalogues, and the precision for PHA I(IRK) is the best on among these catalogues.
