| 摘 要： | 甘肃西成铅锌矿田属世界级特大型铅锌矿,经过多年开发建设,已成为我国重要的铅锌生产基地。文章在分析地质构造背景的基础上,提出加强该铅锌矿田探、采、选、冶等环节新方法、新技术的研究,提高资源利用率。通过技术层面分析,使厂坝、李家沟、小厂坝3个矿区在保有铅锌资源储量670万t的基础上实现翻番,同时,实现采矿贫化率低于10%、选矿铅回收率提高5%、锌回收率提高4%;有效利用6%～8%的氧化锌矿石,降低冶炼能耗30%、增加金属回收率,体现循环经济和绿色矿业科学理念,并指出了资源开发的主要途径。

| Abstract: | The Xihe-Chengxian ore field is one of the most famous high-grade Zn-Pb ore field in the world, and a significant production base in China. Based on the analysis of geological tectonic setting, the article summarized enhancing the study of innovation and new technique in every stage and thereby improving utilization ratio of resources. The recoverable deposits of Zn-Pb can increase 6 700 000t in ore field of Changba, Lijiagou, Xiaochangba. Meanwhile, the mining dilution rate is lower than 10%, the concentration recovery of Pb and Zn increases by 10% and 4% respectively, the ZnO2 ore by 6%-8% can be utilized effectively, and the energy consumption can reduce by 30%. The proposals in this article embodied the idea of circular economy and green mines, and conclude the way of resource developing. |
