丙溴磷对蜈蚣藻的毒性效应 及致毒机理的研究

摘    要:实验研究了丙溴磷对蜈蚣藻的生 长、光合和呼吸作用以及叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、可溶性糖含量、电解质外渗率、过氧化物酶 、过氧化氢酶和硝酸还原酶活性的影响。结果表明:(1)低浓度(50)为3.7mg/L,对光合作用的 48hEC50为6.19mg/L,对呼吸作用的48hEC50为8.47mg/L。此外,高浓度的丙溴 磷还可引起藻体可溶性糖含量增加,叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量降低,过氧化氢酶、过氧化物 酶活性降低,细胞膜损伤,电解质外渗率升高。(3)研究还发现藻体在受到丙溴磷伤害时其 硝酸还原酶活性急剧升高,最高可达到对照的几十倍,硝酸还原酶活性有可能成为指示藻体 受伤害程度的一项生化指标。

A Study on the Toxic Effects and Mechanism of Profenofos on Marine Benthic Algae Grateloupia filicina C.Ag.

Abstract:The biological effects and mechanism of profenofos o n the marine algae—— Grateloupia filicina C.Ag. were studied.  The results showed that: (1)In profenofos of low concentrations, the growth wa s stimulated, the chla concentration and the activities of catalase and peroxyda se(POD) were increased. (2)In profenofos of high concentrations,the growth of Grateloupia filicina C.Ag. was inhibited. The 48h EC50 for growth was 3.7 mg/L. the 48h EC50 for photosythesis was 6.19mg/L, and the 48h EC 50 for respiration was 8.47mg/L. Moreover the soluble carbohydrate concen tration was increased, but chla and carotene concentrations were reduced, and the cell electrolytes leaking rate was increased, the CAT and POD activities red ucing.(3)Under the stress of profenofos, the activity of nitrate reductase incre ased dramatically, the maximum was dozens times of the control's. So the activi ty of nitrate reductase is probably a sensible index for the damage level of alg ae under profenofos stress.
