摘    要:本文采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法,对地质样品中的碲的测定进行了研究,建立了一种快速、准确、简便的测定土壤样品中碲的方法。该方法克服了常规方法的局限性。此方法对6个国家标准物质进行了方法验证,12次测定精密度、准确度均符合标准要求。

Abstract:The determination of tellurium in geological samples was studied by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and a fast,accurate and simple method for determination of tellurium in soil samples was established.This method overcomes the limitations of the conventional method.The method was verified by six national standard substances,and the precision and accuracy of 12 measurements were in accordance with the standard requirements.
