| 摘 要： | 农作物灌溉用水定额是实现水资源优化管理的重要组成部分,随着经济社会的发展,农业灌溉用水面临着水资源不足和保证粮食安全的双重压力,因此科学地确定农业灌溉用水定额,是实行微观定额管理的重要基础资料,也是今后水行政主管部门科学核定取水许可数量、建立水权分配制度的重要依据。本文采用动态规划的方法确定各种作物的灌溉用水定额。
