| 摘 要： | 基于湖南省信用体系建设要求,研制开发省级国土资源信用信息管理系统。阐述国土资源信用信息管理系统建设的必要性,对系统的总体框架、逻辑体系结构和数据处理流程进行详细设计,实现系统功能模块的开发及其功能应用,并对涉及系统平台的关键技术进行研究。

| Abstract: | Based on the demands on credit system construction of Hunan,the paper put forward the research approach on national land resources credit information management system(NLRCIMS).The necessity on NLRCIMS construction is described,and the total construction frame and the logical system and the data processing flow on NLRCIMS are designed in detail.The function module development and the function application are realized,as well as the key technology on the NLRCIMS is also studied in detail. |
