摘    要:采用高压消解-石墨炉原子吸收测定近海生物样品中的铅、镉,探讨了硝酸+过氧化氢不同配比,消解时间的选择,以及准确度、精密度和检出限试验。通过对国家一级标准物质及实际样品进行方法验证,结果表明该分析方法的准确度好,精密度高,检出限达到规范要求,实际样品加标回收率在90%~105%,测试结果准确可靠,能满足近海生物样品的测试要求。

Abstract:Determining the lead and cadmium of marine biological samples by GFAA with high pressure degestion, the paper discusses the defferent ratio of nitric acid and hydrogen perox- ide, the choice of digestion time, accuracy, precision and detection limit test. The method is verified on the national standard reference materials and actual samples. The experimenta results indicate that the method has good accuracy, high precision, detection limit to meet the specification requirements and the actural sample spiking recovery at 90 % - 110 %. Test results are accurate and reliable, and can satisfy the testing requirement of the marine biolog- ical samples.
