摘    要:GPS技术在公路测量中已日趋成熟,如何针对欠发达国家在没有自身坐标系统和控制点的情况下进行公路测量,是研究的目标。以南苏丹公路测绘项目为研究背景,所采用的GPS控制方法成功解决了该测区在没有椭球参数、任何控制点及测量资料的情况下的平面控制测量的问题,并提高了工作效率,对GPS技术在公路测量中的普及起到了推进作用。

Abstract:GPS is more and more mature in road surveying.The objective of this article is that how to perform the road surveying in the condition without coordinate systems and points in under development counties.This background of this article is the Road Project in Southern Sudan.The results indicate that the GPS control method in this project solved successfully the area's planar control problems with no ellipsoid parameters or coordinated points,promoted the work efficiency and improved the popularity of GPS in road surveying.
