洪灾避难迁移模型研究与应用

摘    要:洪涝灾害发生时,灾区人民人身和财产的安全转移至关重要,本文主要研究受灾居民撤离路线选取,以撤离时间最短为原则选择最优路线。撤离路线模型利用了ArcGIS网络分析和空间分析功能,结合Model Builder进行设计,采用COM技术实现模型调用。模型运行结果为洪涝灾害救助决策支持系统建立提供了宝贵的经验,并在洞庭湖地区示范运行。

Abstract:When the flood disaster takes place, the safety of human life and property is essential, this paper aim at calculate the best route of victim evacuation, Based on the principle of shortest time in the course of salvation. Using ARCGIS network analysis and spatial analysis and combines model builder designs system models, and using COM technology transfer it, the result will offer the reliable gist for disaster of decision-making, demonstrate and run in the area of Dongtinghu.
