农业气象灾害(干旱和冷害)综合应变防御技术成果转化

摘    要:受科技部委托,中国气象局科技发展司2005年7月1日组织专家组对“农业气象灾害(干旱和冷害)综合应变防御技术成果转化”项目进行了验收。专家组认为,该项目超额完成了合同书规定任务,取得了预期的效益。该项目用定量化、信息化、综合应变技术代替原来传统的单一、经验、半经验性的措施,结合农业生产实际,因地制宜地改变传统的灌溉制度和方式。该项成果在初步的业务化和生产实践应用中取得了显成效,具有广阔的推广应用前景。

Abstract:Entrusted by the Ministry of Science and Technology, PRC, the Department of Science and Technology Development of the China Meteorological Administration organized the acceptance meeting on 1 July 2005. The expert team all held the view that the project fulfilled stipulated tasks and reached its goal. The project replaced the conventional simple, empirical or semiempirical measures with the quantitative and computerized composite responding techniques and changed the conventional irrigation practice in combination with the reality of agricultural production. The findings show encouraging application prospects in the trial operationalization.
