The Aegean Sea (Greece) earthquake sequence of 25 March 1986: An application of the ν-value method for earthquake prediction

The analysis of several earthquake sequences revealed that low ν-values preceded the occurrence of relatively large earthquakes. The ν-value technique may be used for monitoring the seismicity changes.
