石家庄市地下水污染及其污染质排放的最优化控制

摘    要:文章指出不考虑地域、条件,一律采用《工业“三废”排放试行标准》的不合理性。提出了用负荷控制来代替目前采用的污染质排放的浓度控制、总量控制,并从石家庄市地下水污染现状出发,建立了以该市地下环境系统最大限度容纳污染质为目标的线性最优化模型;得出该市防止地下水污染的排放浓度;求得了污水允许渗入量区间和地下水开采模数区间。

Abstract:This paper demonstrates the groundwater pollution in Shijiazhuang City. It includes the identification of pollution sources, polluting paths and characteristics, and self-purification of some main pollutants.Besides, the cluster analysis has been tentatively applied in groundwater pollution here.Through water and soil samples analyses and pollution sources investigation, which were aided by cluster analysis, the characteristic and rules of groundwater pollution have been made clearly out in Shijiazhuang City:the extent of contaminant plume from different sources were identified and the development of plume was illustrated.Besides,the environmental capacity of pollutants has been considerred in Shijiazhuang City,and the reasonable standard ofcontrol of pollutants discharge has been discussed.The author believed that in order to protect groundwater from pollution, the "load control" must be adopted instead of "concentration control" to pollutants discharging into groundwater. Based on this idea, a pollutants discharge optimal controlling model has been built up,and an optimal control standard of pollutants discharge was calculated(the main pollutants in Shijiazhuang City are phenol, cyanides, chromium). Finally, the sensitivity analysis has been used to test the optimal model, which showed that the optimal model is stable and reliable.
