摘    要:以CuC l为前驱体,采用超声辐射制备出了微米立方、八面体氧化亚铜和纳米微晶氧化亚铜,通过XRD和SEM对实验产物进行了表征分析,并对超声作用机理进行了分析。分析结果表明所得产物为Cu2O纯相,Cu2O形貌为微米尺度立方、八面体和纳米尺度的纳米微晶。反应温度和CuC l的加入量决定了反应产物纯度和形貌。

Abstract:The Cu2O can be sonochemically prepared in the solid-liquid interface of CuCl and water.The products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction and the scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results indicate that cuprous oxide morphology are cubic,truncated cubic and octahedral shape with micron-and nanometer in size.The formation and morphology of Cu2O are influence by the high-intensity ultrasound,reaction temperature and addition of CuCl.
