| Abstract: | The problems of the evaluation of projects at present are analyzed. In view of the strategic aim of the sustainable development, the principles of the evaluations are given.. It is suggested that four factors should be considered at different spatial levels: the relation between similar projects, that between projects and other industries, the regional environment conditions, and the coordination between the projects and the regions. Dynamic evaluation through the life of the project should be developed as the Geographical Information Systems are constructed. |
