滨海地区深基坑减压降水地面沉降研究成果及应用——以上海市为例

摘    要:针对地下空间开发中深基坑减压降水地面沉降发育特征、沉降机制及防治对策等研究进展,以上海市为例,总结了近年来滨海地区深基坑减压降水地面沉降研究取得的主要成果。建立了深基坑减压降水地面沉降防治综合分区方法,探索了深基坑减压降水地面沉降防治原型试验设计方法,掌握了上海市浅部承压含水层深基坑减压降水地面沉降规律,提出了深基坑减压降水地面沉降-地下水位双控模式及控制指标,提出了深基坑减压降水地面沉降防治措施,构建了深基坑减压降水地面沉降管控体系。这些研究成果在特大型城市安全管理、重大市政工程建设及运营服务中得到应用,对同类地区地面沉降研究和防治工作具有借鉴意义。

Major achievements of land subsidence caused by deep foundation pits dewatering in coastal areas and their applications: A case study of Shanghai

Abstract:With the rapid expansion of urban construction, especially the increasing of scale, density and depth of exploitation of underground space, uneven subsidence has occurred in Shanghai, a typical thick Quaternary covering area in coastal areas. Taking Shanghai as an example, the authors have studied the characteristics, mechanisms, and control strategies of land subsidence induced by deep foundation pits dewatering, and summarized the major achievements in recent years. The partition method has been proposed to prevent land subsidence caused by deep foundation pits dewatering. The way of test design, based on in-situ experiments, has been explored to prevent land subsidence induced by deep foundation pits dewatering. The laws of land subsidence caused by deep foundation pits dewatering have been summarized in shallow confined aquifer of Shanghai. Besides, the dual-control model, including the dewatering and groundwater, and the control indexes were proposed. Some preventive measures have been summarized and the control system has been established. The results have been applied in safety management, major municipal engineering construction and operation in major cities, which could provide some reference for other similar areas.
