摘    要:在高层建筑地基、基础和上部结构三者相互作用的过程中,地基起主导作用,其次是基础,另外还受到上部结构刚度的约束作用。本文以筏板基础为例,介绍一种有限单元方法,把地基按分层变化的有限压缩层模式,将基础与地基视为两种不同的弹性体,在同时满足静力平衡和变形连续的条件下,引入上部结构在底层柱脚处对基础的约束作用,同时求得地基反力和基础内力,最后以一具体实例来论证之。

Abstract:In the process of tall buildings base and foundation and superstructure, the base is leading, then the foundation, the third is the bondage effect by the rigidity of the superstructure. Through raft foundation for example in the article, a finite element method which the base and the foundation are deemed as two kind elastic solid by a finite compression pattern is recommended. Through the method that satisfy the force balance and the homogenous deformation and the bondage effect on foundation by superstructure with the hell, the base reaction and internal force of the foundation can be derived and be demonstrated by a example.
