| 摘 要： | 借助先进的计算机、网络技术与设备，利用多种地震理论学说和迄今为止所积累的描述地震活动记录，组建仿真中心，建立不同类型的地震仿真模型，借助SOA架构下的虚拟网络技术，将地震监测点和相关地震信息资源库互联，形成覆盖全国的地震预报模拟网。利用获取的数据，进行仿真处理，并逐步筛选出有效的地震数学模型，以便实现地震预报。
