摘    要:为深入挖掘我国抑螺植物资源,加大血吸虫病植物防治力度,以我国重要经济树种、传统土农药——乌桕为研究对象,利用不同浓度的乌桕鲜叶石油醚提取液浸杀钉螺,对浸杀后钉螺的头、足部与肝脏,进行蛋白质、酶和糖元等生化因子的分析研究,为科学评价与合理利用抑螺植物提供方法及依据。

Abstract:In order to explore plant resources that can be used for snail-inhibiting, and to enhance schistosomiasis control, an important economic tree species, Sapium sebiferun, a traditional tree species used as pesticides was used for the study. The extract of petroleum ether from fresh leaves of Sapium tree at different concentrations were used to analyze the effects of different organs of the snails by soaking the snails in the extracts. Understanding of the biochemical mechanisms of the impacts on different organs of the snail were obtained, providing a useful method for scientific evaluation and rational use of molluscicidal plants.
