| 摘 要： | 文章首先阐述了城市土地可持续利用能力的内涵，之后概括了城市土地可持续利用能力的评价原则，在此基础上运用多因素综合评价方法对东北三省34个地级市的土地可持续利用能力进行了评价。对评价结果分析后发现，东北三省城市土地可持续利用能力呈现出明显的由南向北递减、以哈大线为中线呈“凸”字型空间格局和由沿海向内陆圈层递减等地域分异特征。

| Abstract: | It's important for drafting and practicing the sustainable utilization stratagem to evaluate the sustainable utilization ability.Starting with the definition of sustainable utilization ability of urban land,this paper drafts the principles of sustainable utilization ability evaluation of urban land,that is,synthesis principle,developmental principle and universal principle.Then based on the definition and the principles,the paper uses the method of multi-factored composite evaluation to construct index system of composite evaluation and composite evaluation model.With some related data,the paper evaluates the level of sustainable utilization ability of urban land of the three provinces in Northeast China by the model.Finally,according to the result,the paper analyzes further that the sustainable utilization ability of urban land have some characteristics of distribution:(1)it reduces gradually from South to North;(2) it is higher in the cities which situate on Harbin-Dalian railway and lower in other cities;(3)it is reduces progressively with the distance creasing to the coastal areas. |
