| 摘 要： | 为了分析云南省各州市能源消耗和经济发展的态势,在收集云南省各州市2000～2009年关于人均GDP、工业废水排放总量、工业废气排放总量和工业固体废物产生量统计数据的基础上,利用环境库兹涅茨曲线原理分析了云南省各州市环境库兹涅茨曲线态势,并根据各州市环境库兹涅茨曲线态势,将其分为了4类,并采用了SPSS软件对第二类的环境库兹涅茨曲线进行了曲线拟合。结果表明了云南省各州市中除了临沧以外其他均处于环境库兹涅茨曲线的左侧,人均GDP与环境污染同向增长;在分出的4种类型中,第二类和第三类虽然都处于环境库兹涅茨曲线的上升阶段,但是需要进行的产业结构调整是不同的。

| Abstract: | In order to analyze the States and cities in Yunnan Province of energy consumption and economic de- velopment trend, in the collection of States and cities in Yunnan Province on the GDP of average per capita emis- sions, industrial waste 1 time waste gas emission and discharge of industrial solid waste in 2000 -2009 statistical data based on the environmental Kuznets curve, the analysis of the principle of environmental Kuznets curve of Yunnan Province state situation, and according to the state of environmental Kuznets curve of posture, divides it into four categories, and using the SPSS software on second classes of the environmental Kuznets curve for curve fitting. The results show that the States and cities in Yunnan Province in addition to other than Lincang in the envi- ronmental Kuznets curve to the left, GDP of average per capita and environmental pollution to growth; in classi- fied into four types, second class and third class while in the environmental Kuznets curve in the rising phase, but is required to perform the adjustment of industrial structure is different. |
