| 摘 要： | １９９６年环渤海地震重点危险区震情呈起伏式发展，特别是２月￣８月份由于地震活动增强和短临前兆异常增多，震情一度非常紧张，有关省市地震局均做出了短临预报。由于辽宁省地震局较好地把握了震情变化，做到“内紧外松”，从而取得较好的社会效益，从科学角度对１９９６年复杂震情进行总结，对今后的震情监视预报会有裨益。

| Abstract: | Surrounding area of Bohai Sea was taken as major earthquake risk zone in 1996.Seismic situation in the risk zone was undulatedly developing in this year. Specially,seismic situation was very tense for a time from Feb.to Aug. because seismicity strengthed and short impending range precursors increased, but Liaoning Seismological Bureau didn't give any short impending prediction. It is significant to sum up prediction practice in this year in terms of future seismic monitoring and prediction. |
