| Abstract: | Based on several problems exposed after the May 12, 2008 Wenchuan, Siehuan, earthquake, five aspects, including earthquake knowledge popularization, communication system, traffic system, earthquake prevention and disaster relief, rescue support, and system construction of earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation, are discussed in detail. Also , some suggestions are put forward in this paper. |
