| 摘 要： | 从宝石 (矿物 )的化学组成都具有阴、阳离子的异价类质同象 ,引起晶格缺陷 ,产生施主—受主能级 ,缩短了禁带宽度 ,在外场作用下电子从陷井中向受主能级或价带跃迁释放光量子而发光的模型 ,最后介绍了矿物发光的应用。

| Abstract: | Different valences isomorph of nagative or positive ion which are always appeared in the chemical composition of gems(minerals), that gives rise to lattce defact, produces donor-hosted level, and reduces width of forbidden belt. The electron which influenced by outer field is transfered from the trap to the host energy level or valence and gives out light through releasing energy(photon).The application of gems giving out light is introduced at the end of the paper. |
