工业无线技术在流速仪检定车控制系统中的应用

摘    要:流速仪检定环境阴冷潮湿,不适合检定人员长期工作。提出基于工业无线通信的流速仪检定车控制方案,该方案在详细介绍系统检定原理及无线通信硬件组成的基础上,构建分布式网络通信结构,即管理层、监控层和控制层三层网络结构,重点介绍了控制层与监控层之间的无线通信及参数配置。运行结果表明,系统无线网络信号质量良好,稳定可靠,系统监控层WINCC组态能够实时监控流速仪检定车的运行,且运行速度稳定,达到了国家一级检定水平。系统的应用改善了检定人员的工作环境,提升了工作效率,为工作环境恶劣的应用场合的系统控制提供借鉴。

Abstract:The cold and humid environment in current meter verification is not suitable for personnel to work for a long time. This paper proposed the control scheme of the current meter verification vehicle based on the industrial wireless communication. Under the scheme, the system verification principles and the hardware components of the wireless communication structure were introduced in detail, and a distributed network communication structure was constructed, i.e. the management layer, monitoring layer and the control layer. And the wireless communication and parameter configuration between the control layer and control lay were mainly introduced. The running results show that the quality of the wireless network signal are good, stable and reliable, the current meter verification vehicle running in real time is monitored in the system WinCC configuration, the running speed is stably which has got the national verification level. The application of the system can improve the calibrating personnel working environment, enhance work efficiency and provide a reference for harsh environment application systems.
