摘    要:水资源短缺已成为西部开发和当地社会经济可持续发展的制约因素。如何合理利用水资源、增加水资源的有效供给已成为当前亟待解决的问题。本文根据该区水资源的特点社会经济发展现状,在分析水资源短缺的原因、存在问题的基础上,提出了调整产业结构、发展高效节水产业,推广节水技术,加强水资源利用的综合管理,应用地球物理方法勘查地下水资源、采取工程措施增加大气降水等措施以缓解水资源短缺的现状。

Abstract:The shortage of water resource in western China has become the restricting factors that affect the exploitation western China and sustainable development of local economic and society. How to utilize water resource rationally and to increase effective provide have become problems demanded prompt solution presently. According to the characteristics of water resource and the status of economic and society development in this area, this paper analyzes the causes of water resource shortage and present problems in utilization. To alleviate the water shortage tension, it puts forward to some measures such as adjusting set-up of production, developing highly effective and save-water property, spreading advanced save-water technologies, strengthening integrated management in using of water resource, investigating underground water with the help of geophysics methods, increasing atmospheric rainfall through taking engineering measures and so on.
