| 摘 要： | 海上油田浮式生产储油脚油装置是集油气水处理、储存、外输于一体的大型海上设施,其海上连接作业受到气象、海况等不确定因素影响,施工前要做详细的施工方案设计,因此准确评价作业效能具有非常重要的意义.由于海洋油气开发工程具有单一性,其效能值无法根据以往施工经验来估计,而且也不能够通过实验方法获得.论文基于模糊理论和组合赋权方法,尝试用模糊评价的方法估算作业效能,构造FPSO海上连接作业效能评价体系,并以一实例验证了该方法的可行性、合理性.

| Abstract: | FPSO(Floating Production Storage and Offloading),whose function includes the treatment,storage and offloading of oil,gas and water,is a large-scale offshore system.It is important for FPSO operation conceptual design of the structures position and balance to evaluate operation efficiency.An evaluation method is developed to evaluate FPSO operation efficiency based on fuzzy theory and combination weighting.It is expressed by analyzing one example that this model is feasible and effective. |
