| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了用ICP-AES法测定河流、湖泊底泥中的总磷。使用HNO_3-HClO_4分解试样,将底泥中的聚合磷酸盐和有机磷全部转化为正磷酸盐,在P I255.3nm波长下测其发射强度,2％的HClO_4介质中测定范围为2—5000μg/ml的P。

| Abstract: | A simple method is described for determining phosphorus in lake and river sediments by ICP-AES. The samples are digested with HNO3-HC1O4. Polyphosphate and organic phosphorus are converted into normal phosphate. Phosphorus can be determined in the range 2-5000ppm. |
