摘    要:复杂条件矿井火源异常区的探查逐渐成为隐蔽灾害矿井防灭火工作中的难题,本文提出利用定向钻探技术实现绕避障C,完成火源异常区探查的新方法。在对井下定向钻探技术轨迹控制、随钻测量及开分支工艺特点分析的基础上,以隐蔽灾害矿井为例,结合该矿险情,制定了定向钻进方案,成功实现了火源异常区的探查及测温,并利用定向钻孔轨迹通道,灌注防灭火浆液51581m^3,将出水温度降至18℃,测定CO平均体积分数60×10^-6,涌出量达到正常水平。结果表明,利用定向钻探技术可以实现隐蔽灾害矿井防灭火工作的探查治理。

Abstract:The ascertainment of mine ignition source abnormal place under complex condition is gradually becoming a hard nut in fire prevention and extinguishment of a mine with concealed hazard.The paper has put forward a new method to realize obstacle avoidance and complete ignition source abnormal place ascertainment through directional drilling.On the basis of underground directional drilling trajectory control,measurement while drilling and branch holes opening technological features analysis,taking a mine with concealed hazard as example,combined with dangerous situation in the mine have developed directional drilling scheme,successfully realized ignition source abnormal place ascertainment and temperature measurement.Through the directional drilling trajectory channel grouted fire prevention and extinguishment slurry 51581m 3,lowered down effluent water temperature to 18℃,measured CO average volume fraction 60×10-6,emissions archived normal level.The result has shown that directional drilling can be used in concealed hazard mine fire prevention and extinguishment works ascertainment and governance.
