井筒中煤粉颗粒迁移的数值模拟

摘    要:井内煤粉沉积是造成煤层气(CBM)井下故障的重要原因之一。针对煤层气井筒中由于煤粉沉积所引起的泵的低效率、泄露及卡泵等井下故障,研究了煤粉在煤层气(CBM)井筒中的迁移规律。根据沁水盆地赵庄矿区煤层气井生产条件,建立了抽油杆与油管环空区域内煤粉液相两相流动的瞬态模型,利用FLUENT软件中的欧拉模型对油管中的液固两相流进行了模拟,分析了煤粉颗粒尺寸和井液流速对煤粉排出的影响。模拟结果直观的展示了环空区域内不同时刻煤粉的分布情况,并得到了井筒内煤粉的体积分数随时间的变化规律,确定了最大颗粒尺寸下煤粉排出的临界排水量。研究结果为赵庄矿区煤层气井合理制定排采制度提供了数据基础。

Abstract:Coalmine coal fines are one of important causes of CBM well failures.In allusion to CBM well shaft coal fines precipitation caused pump low efficiency,leaking and stuck underground failures have studied coal fines migration pattern in CBM well shafts.According to CBM well production condition in the Zhaozhuang mine area,Qinshui Basin has established annular space between sucker rod and oil tube coal fines and liquid two-phase flow transient model.Using Eulerian model in the FLUENT software carried out simulation for liquid and solid two-phase in oil tube,analyzed impacts from coal fines grain size and well fluid flow velocity on coal fines discharge.The simulated result has visually presented annulus coal fines distribution in different times,acquired well shaft coal fines volume fraction variation with time,determined critical fluid discharge under maximum grain size of coal fines.The studied results have provided data basis to rational formulation of drainage system for CBM wells in Zhaozhuang mine area.
